VIENNA TO BUDAPEST – Cycling along the Danube
Level 2 cycling holiday in Austria: a 7 night self guided cycle tour.
Following the Danube this independent tour continues further east from Vienna, into Hungary and finishes at the great Capital Budapest. The trip takes a short excursion into Slovakia and the capital Bratislava. This is a tour of contrasts. With ancient historic cities a long the way and mystic swamp lands along the majestic Danube, the Hungarian lowlands and the wonderful farmer’s villages along the route. It is a cultural and nature experience to remember. The tour is generally flat but with some short hills in some sections.
